With decades of history, a loyal clientele, and a 100% artisanal product, Horchatería Alboraya now offers a unique investment opportunity: a franchise with cultural identity, operational support, and high seasonal demand.
What to expect from the Horchatería Alboraya franchise model:
- Authentic artisanal product: 100% Tiger Nut Horchata with Valencian Designation of Origin and other artisanal products such as meringue milk, barley water, and granitas, as well as seasonal winter products.
- Centralized supply: the franchisor is responsible for providing the essential products, guaranteeing product quality. - A well-known and distinctive brand: A family business founded in 1980 with a long-standing local tradition and reputation, distinguished by its 100% artisanal production methods.
About Horchatería Alboraya
Originating from the town of Alboraya, the historical cradle of tiger nut cultivation since Moorish times, Horchatería Alboraya was born with the aim of bringing Valencian tradition to the capital. In 1980, under the leadership of José Luis Monrós and Fina Galán, the brand opened its doors on Calle Alcalá in Madrid, quickly becoming a local and national landmark. In 2009, the brand expanded its presence with a second location in Plaza de Felipe II, just 10 minutes from the original.
The name Horchatería Alboraya is a tribute to its roots: to homemade afternoon snacks, to gatherings in the town's horchata shops, and to a way of life centered on simplicity, authenticity, and quality craftsmanship.
